1. Working principle
Compressed air is accelerated into a supersonic airflow through a nozzle and injected into the crushing zone, causing the material to become fluidized (the airflow expands into a fluidized bed and collides with each other), so each particle has the same motion state. In the crushing zone, accelerated particles collide and crush each other at the intersection of various nozzles. The crushed material is transported to the grading zone by an upward airflow, and fine powder that meets the particle size requirements is screened out by a high-speed rotating grading wheel. Coarse powder that does not meet the particle size requirements is returned to the crushing zone for further crushing. Qualified fine powder enters the cyclone collector with the airflow for collection, and the dust containing gas is filtered and purified by the dust collector before being discharged into the atmosphere.
2. Performance characteristics

During the crushing process, no heat is generated, and the crushing effect on heat sensitive materials is excellent;
Wear resistant protection: Various wear-resistant protection materials can be selected for the internal and grading wheels of the equipment, such as alumina, zirconia, and organic materials;
Environmental protection and automation design, the system operates in a closed manner without dust leakage, and can be equipped with touch screen and PLC automatic monitoring equipment;
Multi purpose design: can be used in series with air flow classifiers, multi-purpose crushers, etc., to better meet the requirements of powder particle size;
Explosion proof design: Nitrogen protection circulation process ensures continuous and stable operation of easily oxidizable hazardous materials;
